e-Accessibility guidelines established

Ministry for Information Society and Telecommunications, in cooperation with the Association of Youth with Disabilities of Montenegro and Association of Blind of Montenegro, established guidelines for e-Accessibility.

Electronic accessibility or e-Accessibility stands for availability of information-communication technologies and services to persons with various forms of disability and represents the basic prerequisite of e-Inclusion (Information Society for everyone).

It is necessary to harmonize web presentations of all the state bodies, public services and portals with the standards of e-Accessibility.
