Explanatory screening on Chapter 10 - Information Society and Media held in Brussels

Two days meeting between Montenegro and European Commission at which Chapter 10 of acquis communauttaire was presented, was concluded today at Brussels.

Members of the Work Group had an opportunity to meet with the EU law in this area and to receive necessary information and guidelines regarding further harmonization and application of the European legislative.

During the meeting, European Commission representatives have presented the regulations and praxis in this area, through directives, regulations, decisions, recommendations and common instruments related to electronic communication policies, information society services and audiovisual policy.

After the meeting, the Work Group for Chapter 10 will prepare presentation of the Montenegrin legislative and activities realized in this area, for the bilateral meeting with the European Commission representatives in January, 2013.
